I'm very happy with the TV and recommend it, I'm just sorry that the operating system is so unfinished. But it's not restrictive in any way, a lot of things can be overlooked or done in a roundabout way. One just expects some convenience with such an expensive TV. Pay 100% extra for installation directly into the apartment. The TV has a really fragile panel prone to scratches and it's not easy to take it safely out of the box. Better to leave it to the experts who can at least vouch for it.
Ambilight. The ability to choose from a variety of mods, both for watching video and music.
Fascinating OLED image.
Total usable AI upscaling and frame generator
Satisfying sound. For me as a layman, the sound is good enough that I have no motivation to consider a soundbar.
Powerful chip for applications
Ability to rewind and upload content
Terrible software
The voice control for the TV in Czech does not work and the TV does not tell you why.
The system setup isn't quite tuned to make sense
AI is sometimes confused by cartoons and creates nonsensical artifacts
Cannot set default preferences for different HDMI devices or programs. For example, you can't set it so that when you open Spotify you want ambilight to watch music. Or, when you start up your game console, you have to manually set the picture, ambilight and sound you want for gaming. I would also expect the TV to switch itself when you turn on the game console.
The Ambilight set up for sound and rhythm doesn't quite keep up and could use some tweaking too.
When connected to a PC, the TV crashed. (But in this case maybe the PC is the culprit. )
