Television rather disappointed us. We probably would have gotten used to the image, which we probably expected better. The poor sound quality, given that we're waiting for a soundbar, probably wouldn't bother us that much either. But that android google system is terrible. It's terribly slow to respond to buttons. When you launch the app, you wait a long time for a response. Occasionally, you will get sound but the picture is black. So you have to start the application again. I couldn't even launch the app the second day after I bought it. These days, I guess I just expect the basic system to work simply and easily at a normal user level. We're still debating whether to bring the TV back. We wanted to replace our 10 year old with a new one, but it's more of a step backwards than forward for us at this point.
