I'm a hairdresser and the biggest problem I have with blow drying my hair is the hot air, which often blasts my customers' hair. This hair dryer has an ntc system that prevents overheating of the hair and thus prevents burning. Looks nice, has a short blowing nozzle, which I welcome. A lot of the attachments are like 50:50 (I have to learn how to use them, half of them I don't use at all, the other half take a lot of getting used to - I had one nozzle go off at over 45 degrees C. the hair dryer overheated and reported error) Blows very hard, even less blowing power would be enough (especially on my very fine hair) and definitely more temperature options would be better. 25 is cold and 45 is already hot, there's basically nothing in between and I don't use higher temperatures on my fine hair. The button on the handle is pure evil - I keep accidentally flicking the temperature when blow-drying. I was also very disappointed by the fact that I was buying a "new" product and it came "unwrapped" if not "used". It has undermined my confidence in Alza and I will be very hesitant to buy anything from them again. With other sellers, this has definitely not happened to me! However, the hairdryer works, but I wouldn't buy it again (you can't return it, you can't even test it that much in 14 days to find defects or things that don't fit. ), so I definitely don't recommend it.
