Support is not able to read the message and solve the problem "I don't get notifications for 60 days" they wanted to send me a new device after I said I bought another one because they were so incompetent that I had to return the first one before they could answer. Probably the worst experience with support I've ever had in my life.

The sensor measures CO2, temperature and humidity as it should. I am not able to judge radon, the VOC measurement seems strange to me, I would say it is linked to CO2. I also put the sensor in the paint and thinner cabinet expecting a VOC contamination, nothing. However, even without that it would be fine, but what I consider to be a major drawback is the lack of a display with values and the need to access data via mobile and bluetooth connection. Sometimes the connection fails, the data is also not very detailed, you need to go to the cloud for a more detailed view. In fact, I'm not comfortable with our household data being sent to a third-party repository somewhere. I ended up buying a competing Arenet4, which doesn't have VOC or radon measurements, but it has a display with all the necessary data and the data is synced locally to the phone.
