Really huge, if you don't have a monitor >40" is useless and e.g. at 34", it will stick out behind the monitor in some positions.
Mounting the monitor is rather unfortunate on the screwed VESA mount, the arm snaps on and the bottom is secured with screws. The result is a clearance in the axis for rotating the monitor in portrait.
Cable management is not the happiest. Sometimes they get stuck in the bend and prevent the monitor from positioning
The stand does not hold the monitor horizontally when positioned. And it's not the clearance between the VESA and the shoulder attachment. I have to have the screw to rotate the monitor partially loosened so I can fix it every time I change position.
The design is not at all as minimalist as it appears in the photos. In the middle of the base is a large 3D Alza Ergo logo and the stand itself is really massive.
