Although I have been in the world of technology for a very long time, I let myself get caught up. The HDMI port only supports 4k at 30 Hz or 2k at 60 Hz or FullHD at 120 Hz. I own a FullHD monitor with 144 Hz support and with this docking station it is necessary to set the refresh rate in the system to 120 Hz instead of 144 Hz, because the station simply does not support such a refresh rate. The result seemed to be that the monitor was constantly cycling disconnecting and connecting to my laptop. In short, one has to be careful about this and know what one is actually buying. As for the price/performance ratio, it seems adequate to me. I bought it at a discount for 550 CZK from the original 890 CZK.

It really depends on what you do the dock with. DEX from Samsung really works - but I only put it into operation with a television (Philips). USB ports work, phone charges cool, mouse and keyboard worked. When I connected the dock to the Benq monitor, it didn' t work. I usually use the monitor connected to a laptop via HDMI. I tried another HDMI cable, another HDMI port, I had the dock plugged into the charger. Nothing. Nintendo' s connection to Swtitch didn' t work. What froze me a little is that the picture sometimes cuts and the video on the TV is not completely smooth - tested with both the Samsung S8 and the Samsung TabS6 tablet. You won' t enjoy the film for me at all.
