It takes about 10 minutes to heat up, but I leave it in the oven for longer to ensure the baking stone is properly heated through. As the oven reaches temperatures of up to 400 °C, your pizza will be ready in 3–5 minutes. The stone is a good size. Maintenance is simple; the stone is removable – just rinse it with water and put it back in. The pack also includes 2 stainless steel scoops. I tore the pizza a bit the first time I tried, but it’s easy. And as a bonus, you’ll also find a recipe for pizza dough included.
