Tested on SB1240, SG S10 Plus - BT and cable, Yamaha HTR-4064, PC output - ALC2080.
The sound was odd, flat with no bass. On the mobile, it was also very distorted.
However, all of this could have been due to a low volume setting directly on the headphones. But that only occurred to me after I had returned the product. Nevertheless, I also returned them because they were uncomfortable to wear. They didn't sit securely enough, and were quite heavy. It felt like having huge mugs on my ears. The headband seemed quite flimsy to me. I subsequently bought the ATH-G1.

Fantastic headphones! 2 devices simultanously at a time, this is crazy. Love it! One small detail I dislike is that 2.4 Ghz dongle owns sound even if headphines are off, so speakers work only if it is either unplugged, or manyally switched in settings. I guess future software updates may fix this. Works perfectly for me in both Windows and Linux environments in BT/2.4Ghz modes with no problem on both operating systems.

I am really very satisfied I had their predecessors but these are again better what I mainly appreciate is that you can pair with 2 devices so while playing you can also make phone calls and play quietly. As for the sound, it's great and if you have the Armoury Crete app you can tweak the sound even better. I've had the headphones for 9 months and I'm satisfied. Great headphones for listening to music. When gaming, I expected a little more from them for the price. The sound does not transition smoothly from one side to the other.

All the features and technical stuff are good and I'm not complaining really these are probably some of the best headphones I've ever used and I would recommend them but I don't know if they would fall off someone else's head as I know the headphones fall off at high angles if anyone had any comments but with these it's extreme in that it's just a tiny bit of tilt to what wheels I've had from Asus

huge minus I don't know if it's my hollow head (irony) but it doesn't stick to my head I just have to lean forward or back a little and the top slides off I don't know if it's because the top is fabric and so it doesn't stick like leatherette but it's a thing I've never encountered with Asus and it's extremely annoying when I can't even look at the level of the keyboard without it falling off my head it's a huge - for headphones at this price, I wouldn't expect this to be the case. The review is written after 5 months of use.
