Probably only usable for short records, otherwise with great difficulty. It doesn't matter if you connect a fast SD card or an SSD with 1000 MB/s, it usually freezes and can't even be turned off, you have to disconnect the power. Trying several short HDMI cables, all high speed, didn't help either. After trying to install the older firmware, the change is rather for the worse, so back to the latest one and nothing can be done. The record is fine if it manages to get going, but only if it's shorter than about 30min. Otherwise, it almost always writes an error and that it is necessary to run a repair, which takes a while. 15min, after that the thing almost always freezes, the fix is requested again and again, it's better to ignore it. In the PC such a recording appears fine, which sometimes it is, but sometimes it is not - there are dropouts which can be unnoticed if you don't know the original, unless the dropout starts in the middle of the word, because otherwise the "cut" is imperceptible. In that case you can try to reconnect and repeat the repair, but it's a pain. As for editing, it is better and much faster to do it on the PC. So, it can record in good quality, if it can, but there is a buried dog, as yet undiscovered.
