I've had it for 5 years and I'm happy. When two disks are inserted, both can see them and can be used separately. Adding a second disk on the fly is no problem. With two discs inserted, you cannot disconnect one disc, you have to remove the whole box, remove the disc and switch it on again. It has been my experience that some disks cannot be inserted with a second disk. For example. older WD400s are not visible if there is another drive, even if there are two of the same type. I haven't experienced this with the newer discs. It seems to me that they must be drives that are functional in RAID boxes.
The upside is that it works as promised
the cloning and power buttons are on opposite sides and can be confused.
