I have had 3D printing in my portfolio of production technologies for about 10 years, since the arrival of the first Pusa i3. I've been through a time when 3D printers were really stupid, but not downright gimmicky. This machine makes me feel like it is purposely trying to drive me to set it on fire. My press farm is about 100 steps from my office chair. Since the acquisition of K2, I have walked the distance from the Earth to the Moon 64 times. I also got a chair for the press room so I could wait out the time between clicking off one errore and loading a brand new errore without damaging my joints. The built-in camera is a great gadget, I love remotely watching the print head making completely random movements unrelated to the (un)loading of the stuck filament in progress. As well as AI detecting irregularities in the print, I watched the nozzle circle in the air for 5 hours before the printer finally told me it was possibly printing without extruding. Sometimes, when it's nasty outside, I just sit down at the printer and try to get it to choose from one of the 4 filaments in CFS, or at least take a spool holder, and conjure up one little Benchy for me. It's been several weeks without success. Considering the reviews here on Alza, I'm probably unlucky to have the wrong piece. I've been studying how Creality claims work, and finally decided to play the "replace this - didn't work - replace this! - didn't work? " not to participate. Like a printer? The most expensive per usable manufactured piece I have ever purchased. Like a glowing beer coaster and a source of endless frustration? Priceless!
Really nice hardware processing (in appearance, not functionally)
decent print area and CFS for the price of a simple small printer
really poor print quality at "normal" ( =100%) speed
I had to make an extra bookmark folder in my browser for all the troubleshoot pages I've already visited
printing is done in style: I draw a part, I print it, before the printer calibrates, I'm done with the second revision, I interrupt the print, before it interrupts, I'm done with the third revision
(for me) incomprehensible UX of Chinese software (I have the same problem with Chinese 3D scanners)
presets for some materials are missing, I didn't find a way to add them easily
the print success rate in the introductory moments was about 50%, now I'm just sitting at the printer, pulling the filament from the top to the bottom and nothing prints

Works great
Purchased primarily for the purpose of printing RC aircraft from 3DLabPrint.com
It is quiet and closed - it does not smell
You hardly know about her
It's a terrible addiction - I've had it for a month and a bit and it hasn't stopped yet: -)
Normal printing works right out of the box (figures, toys, etc. )
CFS works perfectly and does not get angry even with LW-PLA AERO filaments
So far I have printed only from PLA, PLA+ and LW-PLA Aero - everything works perfectly
Slicer and is very similar to Bambu Studio
I struggled for a long time (4 weeks, about 6-8 hours a day) with the correct print settings for thin-walled models and I almost wanted to give up. But eventually I started to understand the context and how it all works - today I know what and how: )
Worse technical support from the manufacturer. When you have a problem (I've dealt with the correct thin-wall printing setup), support responds almost immediately, but they give you nonsense advice, even when you send them a specific part, including a description of what should be set up and what the final result should look like. This was quite disappointing, because according to the replies they didn't read it at all, so they simply couldn't advise correctly (the errors were already visible in the slicer - so I didn't expect anyone from support to try or perhaps even print it: -) )
