The Deerma dealer doesn't even have a properly working site, they crash three times before anything loads. The support doesn't speak Czech and in addition, it only comes with an AI-generated answer, where you can't reach a human and which answers about 1/3 of the questions. So you better hope you don't get anything on that machine, because you won't get support. Yeah, and that bracket, that's interesting too. Either we are missing some components (in the box e.g. 4 paws were missing, which are on the picture) or it is probably levitating.
