The first weekend we were devastated, we capitulated and continued for other desperate weekends with the help of friends - IT experts, who were also struggling in vain. Buying 2 more units to expand the system - the so-called. NEXT. So we missed the 14-day return option - precisely because of our desperate efforts to get this "best system ever" working. " We are returning and hope that Alza will have mercy. The problem is m. j. in that when purchasing individual parts, the system offered to extend the 60 day trial period in only one case out of 3 purchases. We'll see. We bought a competing TP-Link Deco BE22 - also from Alza - everything jumped on immediately and without any professional help, by the way it works immediately and great.
