I'm adding some further experience after a while, and it's positive. I used it for cutting Rako Taurus tiles in the garage, which are very hard tiles. I tried cutting with the blade that came with the saw, then I bought some Bosch profi blade without the segments, and it was pointless – the cuts were the same as with the original blade. It's battery-powered, so you have to expect it to last about half an hour of cutting, like a cordless angle grinder, but when you're tiling, how often do you cut anyway? It's always just finishing a row, etc. It's great for cutting out corners on the floor and so on. For me, it was brilliant and totally worth it. It's part of my cordless system, so I don't have to worry about cables, especially when working with water. Another big advantage is that when I had it outside on a pallet, it wasn't a problem at all that it was raining on it, and I rinsed it with a hose after I finished work. It's well-made, so water doesn't get in anywhere.
