Great home bakery. It has a large container that can make up to 1.5 kg of bread. The dough does not stick to the surface and the bread comes out nicely. I am delighted with this baker - beautiful design, a large number of programs, easy maintenance, easy to understand "brochure" with instructions and included recipe booklet - this is just a list of the pluses of this baker. The first bread I tried was the wheat-rye bread from the aforementioned book and I have to say that it couldn't be easier- everything is perfectly described and explained - I followed the instructions- after filling the kneading mould, all I had to do was close the lid, type what I needed on the display and then just wait. I have to say that it was good the first time- the crust was lighter than I'm used to with store-bought bread, but crispy and the taste of the bread was excellent. The noise level is minimal, in fact only the whisks can be heard when kneading, but otherwise it is noiseless. Maintenance is simple - the non-stick mould is washed with water and detergent. Considering the functionality and results, I consider the price/performance ratio to be acceptable. I can certainly recommend it to all who like to experiment ( the bakery offers the possibility of making eg. marmalade, yoghurt, crackling, etc. ), they want control over what they eat and they want fresh bread and pastries even when the shops are closed.
