Replacing the cabinet was rather painful at Alza, as they were unable to send me either the screws or the replacement cabinet, and spent several days wondering how the situation would be resolved. In the end, even though I paid for delivery in my original order, I had to get in my car, drive the cabinet to Alza, and then it was finally exchanged piece for piece.
