The first 10 or so prints I' m just setting up and solving problems with firmware, updates and connectivity. therefore, the speed of tiksu is 1 page in 10 minutes.
The built-in display is a great helper during setup.

I switched from an Epson L800 inkjet printer, where I was irritated by the permanent ink drying, the inability to print via wi-fi, and the lack of a paper tray. For home printing, the laser is ideal. We'll be taking photos at the photo center we have nearby.

Compact size, fits in a closet.
The control display responds precisely to touch.
It runs over 5 GHz wi-fi, no need to connect anything except the power cable.
Print from iOS devices and macOS Sonoma (AirPrint).
Automatic double-sided printing.
Reasonably fast for occasional home use.
Front manual feeder for individual papers of different types (Tray 1) - for single-use printing on smaller formats, envelopes, etc. there is no need to remove the standard papers in the default tray (Tray 2).
Once switched on, it is available on the wi-fi network almost immediately.
HP's control software on macOS is not very good.
The colours are not very vivid. I'm still experimenting with various adjustments in the source documents and photos (conversion to CMYK, color adjustment, etc. ), but so far nothing much. Color vibrancy cannot be adjusted in the control software, or I haven't figured out how.
Rather unsuitable for printing photos - only as an emergency. The combination of a quality inkjet printer and photo paper is nowhere near the output. Printing on photo paper for laser printers has also been tested.
Relatively loud operation.
It does not print the layout of the booklet natively (on macOS it is possible to get an Automator script on the Internet, which rearranges the PDF pages so that, for example, a 40-page A4 PDF can be simply dropped into a double-sided A5 booklet).
Relatively large non-printable edges (the manufacturer states 4 mm, which corresponds approximately).
If the flip-up display were located from the front of the printer, there would be nothing to fault the hardware, but that's a purely subjective problem - I have the printer in a cabinet where there's not much room above it, but I can get to the display.
The last subjective problem is the short power cable (about 1 m) - I had to buy a longer one.
