For £2,300 on offer and with cashback, it was an unbeatable purchase. I recommend doing the initial setup via the HP app on your phone; then you'll have it all done within 30 mins, including installing the print heads and filling the ink. The HP app itself for printing is a real tragedy, but luckily the default print function works in most programmes on PC. From a phone, most printing goes through foreign servers, so your data is almost certainly being collected for AI training at the very least. There's so much ink included in the box that I believe I won't have to worry about it for another 3 years. Satisfied so far.

I've only just got it up and running and printed a few things, but what pleasantly surprised me is the build quality. It seems quite robust to me and, like any printer, it's obviously cased in plastic. The print quality is great in my opinion (after setting it up, you need to print a few pages with a lot of colour to get the ink into all the heads).

- the first A4 photo was fine, the next couple of photos had smudges at the end of the A4 print, as if the inks or the print head were missing, but now it is OK -duplex setting in the app needs to be tested resp. understand what is meant by what term, but is it functional

The printer cost me (with HP cashback) 3000 CZK. That's a very solid price. The printer doesn't give a completely robust impression, but I'm satisfied. As someone wrote here, it can only scan at 600 DPI. it's not true. 600 DPI is only if you are scripting via the web interface. In the app, it's 1200 DPI.
