They're fine, nice sound. But I bought it on sale for 1000, so I'm more lenient. They have ANC, it works decently (for the price). Then we have Ambient and Talk Through. I don't know the difference between them. In addition, they have a problem, sometimes the sound from the microphone flies and it is unpleasant in the ears. This can be switched by touching the handset. To turn it off completely, leave the headphones passive and wipe the battery, you can only do that in the app. However, each time the headphones are switched on, they return to ANC.
