Děkuji Alzě a Kärcheru, prožil jsem fantastický zážitek: Nejprve mi nedokázali doručit vysavač — neustále posouvali termín dodání, nakonec objednávku zrušili a slíbili vrácení peněz. Udělal jsem proto novou objednávku (utratil jsem další peníze navíc), ale za předchozí mi stále nic nevrátili. Nakonec jsem jel do kamenné prodejny sám, protože jsem už na doručení od Alzy nespoléhal. Při prvním použití, když se v nádrži na špinavou vodu naplnila teprve čtvrtina, začala vytékat voda na spoji nádrže a motoru. Všechno jsem vysušil, vyčistil a dal vysavači druhou šanci — podle jiných recenzí jsem vinil pěnový filtr a nechal ho pořádně vyschnout. Bez úspěchu. Navíc jsem si všiml, že protéká i hadice, která přivádí čisticí roztok. Chci zdůraznit, že jsem si záměrně vybral starší model SE 4 Plus právě proto, že novější SE 5 má hrozné recenze kvůli protékání. Bohužel — stejný problém i tady. Tohle je můj první a poslední zážitek s Kärcherem. Po vrácení zboží teď ještě čekám na vrácení peněz…
Skvělý způsob, jak strávit večer sušením filtrů, hledáním netěsností a testováním
Těsnění na spoji nádrže a motoru — teče už při čtvrtině nádrže (i po vysušení a správné montáži filtru)
Protéká hadice na přívod čisticího roztoku — další netěsnost hned při prvním použití
Špatná kontrola kvality u nových modelů SE 4 / SE 5 — vybral jsem „starší a spolehlivější“ verzi a stejně to teče
Ztráta času a nervů — musel jsem jet sám do prodejny, sušit, testovat, vracet

The functionality of the vacuum cleaner as such is great, however, at first good I am not completely satisfied. Pouring out water and cleaning the vacuum cleaner is a disaster. The head of the vacuum cleaner is secured by a handle, but it cannot be folded over the nozzle. So you have to disconnect the nozzle and the water line, which leads to an immediate water leak, then we can fold the handle and remove the vacuum cleaner head. The head of the vacuum cleaner is dirty even with the filter and you have to immediately solve where to put it (probably a bucket). I guess you can live with that, but it's really convoluted and doesn't make a lick of sense. What annoys me the most about the vacuum cleaner, however, is the intermingling of water between the body itself and the head with the motor. Probably the joint is poorly sealed and dirty water is just spraying out because the exhausts are there at the same time. I cleaned two treads with a sufficient break (the second was not planned), so it was not even properly loaded with large areas. With the first carpet everything went without problems, but with the second one it started to let dirty water in (before cleaning the vacuum cleaner was dry and clean). The inner spigot that leads the dirty water into the container is placed horizontally, so all the dirt sticks to the sides of the container - perhaps one of the reasons why water gets to the joint and then floats out. This of course also leads to more contamination of the bottom of the vacuum cleaner head, which is really difficult to clean. If this happens more often, I'm returning the product.
