Perfect headphones, they sound great, the SW is intuitive and easy to use and is also for macOS, where unfortunately surround sound does not work. Logitech G PRO X 2 LIGHTSPEED - disappointing, not worth buying I bought them 10.10.2024 and expected quality from Logitech. The reality is quite different. The battery lasts barely 4 hours, the right earpiece sometimes doesn't work and there are more problems. Alza and Logitech service is totally unreliable - I filed a complaint on 22.5.2025 and it was processed only on 13.6.2025, almost 3 weeks, which is extremely long for an obvious problem. After the complaint they sent me the headphones disassembled - this is definitely not a service for 5500 CZK. For such a high price I would expect a quick check and quality service, instead they just prolong the wait. The price certainly doesn't match the quality or service - Logitech seems to invest more in advertising than real quality and customer support. The sound is clear and the comfort is good, but that's not enough when the product doesn't even last half a day and the service is delayed. You can find other reviews online where people report similar problems with the battery and the right side of the headphones. Overall: expensive headphones, poor service, lots of problems. I definitely don't recommend it and suggest looking for alternatives from other brands.

When my G35s fell apart after 11 years, I decided to replace them with these headphones as successors to Logitech's line of surround sound headphones. First contact was great, an upgrade in more ways than one - wireless, a more robust metal construction instead of the plastic one from the G35, and they sat nicer on the ears too. But the enthusiasm ended after the first film started. I couldn't fix the horrible surround sound, which sounded like a tunnel and couldn't even be compared to the sound from the G35, with the settings in the G HUB. Eventually, after reading more advice from the internet, I switched to the standard Windows drivers and solved the problem. PRO X 2 supports wireless connectivity in two ways - LIGHTSPEED (USB) and Bluetooth. The problem with LIGHTSPEED is that it requires a G HUB and will not allow any other configuration in Windows. So you're left with crappy surround sound that can't be fixed. The solution is to use Bluetooth connectivity, standard Windows drivers and install a 3D sound application such as DTS Sound Unbound (must be purchased). Overall, these are good headphones when you go through the hours of torture of initial configuration, but I would expect Logitech's flagship to work out of the box and have their software working. I can imagine that a person who doesn't have the Bluetooth in a computer, the knowledge, the time or the nerve to play around like that will be disappointed by them.
