My battery died after almost 2,5 years, which is tristic for the price of the toothbrush. I understand that the battery is hypothetically a consumer product, however, if it cannot be reasonably replaced, there is no point in buying this product. Including the heads, the ownership of this toothbrush costs about 350 CZK per month.

I think it does the basic function - thorough brushing - well. Next time, I would probably choose a model without the mobile app and would-be "smart" features that don't work anyway. I stopped using the mobile app after about two weeks because it has no added value. The toothbrush/application divides the mouth into six areas, which it randomly identifies as sufficiently cleaned, even if the teeth have not been cleaned at all in a given area. Sometimes it works a little better, sometimes worse, but it doesn't have much predictive value. I mean, next time I would easily choose a toothbrush from the same line, but some dumber model, because the extra charge for "smart" features is money wasted.

The battery status will only show after brushing your teeth
After half a year, I brush my teeth in the morning, the battery shows 41%. In the evening, the toothbrush switches off when cleaning and shows 0%. I put it on the charger for 1 min, reset it to factory settings via phone and suddenly it shows 42%.
Don't buy it. The internet is full of battery problems with the current generation of OralB.

Super toothbrush, after cleaning it really feels clean, like from the dentist. The app works fine, cleaning by zone is fun. Unfortunately, the stand, which looks like the big attraction of the Model 10, has to be powered from an outlet to work, and so I brush my teeth more often with the app on my phone than with the stand, which can also signal. The other minus I mentioned is the travel case - in the promotional materials it is called a charging travel case - so I expected it to be a sort of powerbank that you charge and then you can charge the toothbrush on the go without the need for a power adapter. If at least the case had USB C (or even an older USB), I'd say ok, at least I can charge my toothbrush on the go with a cell phone charger or any other, but unfortunately I can't, and as someone who travels a lot I can say that I'm not really going to carry a proprietary charger for my toothbrush. The battery life of the toothbrush remains to be seen, so far I've had it a few days and after 4 days of cleaning, adjusting, experimenting the battery is around 70%. Otherwise really cool, but knowing those shortcomings before, I think the model 9 is a better choice if you can find it a lot cheaper than the 10.
