These ear buds have a massive failure rate. If they randomly disconnect from your console, there's no way to get them back. Google "PS Pulse Explore Earbuds disconnected and won't reconnect Reddit" and you'll find loads of people having this problem. Sony refuses to acknowledge the issue. In my case, they have lasted less than a day. If you're considering these, I cannot say this strongly enough: Buy literally ANYTHING else.

These have a widespread fault that I was not aware of when buying. They're literally useless.

So dear. Before I bought the headphones, I first tried the USB dongle from Creative with the idea that I would be able to use AirPods Pro 2gen on the PS5. This was done, but the sound was often out of sync and one earpiece was ahead of the other. I finally couldn' t stand it and got a Pulse Explore. After the first experience I have to say. Unmatched connectivity, latency and stability. But the sound is a disaster for me. Resp. The highs are passable, but the mids lag heavily, and the bass? Is someone kidding me?! I will keep them, but only because of the mentioned connectivity and the reduced price to 3.5 thousand. Otherwise, I don't recommend it. If AirPods Pro 2gen. they connected fine, they played several orders of magnitude better.
