Our first smart vacuum cleaner. We used to have a Tesla T50 before, which we stopped using because it couldn't handle the hair and usually scattered it on the carpet. Robik is pretty much anywhere else though, the initial set up is simple, the app relatively straightforward, but I can understand some less experienced or older ones may be confused, I was groping around too. He managed to get around the apartment in one piece, where we have mirrors there I had to mark on the map that they are forbidden zones. I was surprised how nicely he detected the carpets himself and knows not to mop them. We have small thresholds, so he has no problem, he even climbed over a few cm of the chair leg and then rolled out again. It's not noisy, someone complained about the noise of the mop drying, I don't know, but I don't find it as noisy, it's audible, but nothing terrible. The great thing is that it just goes under the couch, under the bed, just wherever you actually clean once in a blue moon. We have a dog, a mix, medium length hair, we had to vacuum every day, everything coated all the time with hair, including the kids 😅 and now it's pretty cool, he just sucks it all up beautifully, the hair is there, falling off the dog all the time, but there's a hell of a lot less on the floor and the brush is completely clean. We set up schedules and he cleans up nicely when we're not home. It cleans realistically about 37m2, mops and vacuums at the same time, and all in about 41 minutes. We've had him a week, so far he's cleaned 616m2 in 696 minutes. We'll see how it all goes for him, so far so good. We considered a more expensive option with an extendable mop, but the extra charge was unnecessary. We wipe with water and once in a while we wipe by hand with chemicals anyway, so we take what Robbie can't get to.
