We found out when unpacking that the manufacturer gave the wrong dimensions. Okay, we kept him. We shouldn't have done that. Something's still being cleaned up. Whether I can get the milk for my latte is always a question, because something is always clogging up. We're still cleaning something. If not anything to do with milk, then on the side because of the waste from the coffee. And it's definitely not once a week. It's like every two days. This is my first coffee machine, so I have nothing to compare the quality of the drinks or the functions with. I am satisfied with the drinks, but of course a lot depends on the coffee used. I was surprised at the relatively high noise level when I first started it, but as I write, I don't know how other models are doing. The coffee machine requires quite frequent maintenance. Cleaning of the steaming unit and the saddle tray must be done every 8 coffees, which means about every other day for a large family. Other parts are to be cleaned about once a week. But again, I don't know how other machines are doing, maybe that's common with these coffee makers. What disappointed me a lot are the smart features. On the one hand, it's nice that the coffee machine supports the Tuya platform, so if you're already using that system, you can add the machine to it and not have to use the Sencor app. The problem is that the coffee machine cannot be turned on remotely via the app. It is set so that after about half an hour of inactivity it switches to power saving mode and wakes up only by physically tapping the display. It also disconnects from Wi-Fi in power saving mode. In practice, this means that the drink can only be prepared via the app during the half hour when the coffee machine is active. Once it goes to sleep, it cannot be switched on via the app. This precludes the creation of any automations or the preparation of coffee at a set time as advertised in promotional materials. I have addressed this with Sencor support and have been told that the restriction is imposed by an EU directive and there is no way around it. Therefore, if smart features are important to you, I would not recommend this model. Despite the above disadvantages, I am satisfied with the coffee machine overall.

I liked the machine from the beginning, but then things started to go wrong. Seems like it lost pressure and that’s why I don’t get milk foam and I like cappuccino or laté. The coffee machine needs cleaning after every 8th coffee, but this is not a downside for me, because this way it’s cleaned regularly.
