If you need a really accurate temperature in the room where the base stands, the SWS 9500 will not disappoint: the internal sensor is heating up, showing consistently higher and there is no way to set the offset by software or service. In practice, this means that you have to monitor the external TH-sensor on channel CH1/2/3 and ignore the internal value - which for some may be a "tax" for otherwise rich equipment. Those who can handle it get a solid home weather station with wind, precipitation and UV.

Professional 8-in-1 sensor - measures temperature, humidity, wind speed and direction, precipitation, UV index, light intensity and WBGT index.

Long wireless range (≈ 150 m) - reliable connection even through apartment walls.

Large TRUE-COLOR colour display (14.5 cm) - easy to read and clearly laid out.

Up to three additional TH sensors can be connected - ideal for monitoring conditions in other rooms, greenhouse, etc.

Max/min memory and useful alerts (frost, high temperature, strong wind).

Solid workmanship and Swiss Sensirion sensors - good long-term measurement stability.

Replacement external sensors are not cheap and availability can vary.

Display brightness in three steps only, without automatic adjustment to ambient light.

The internal "INDOOR" line cannot be replaced by an external sensor - who wants an accurate "main" temperature must monitor the CH1/2/3 channel.

No Wi-Fi/cloud and no mobile app - you'll only see the data on the display, no OTA firmware updates.
