I had the previous model - without BT and with only 4GB of memory. I was happy with it for a long time, but luckily I lost it on the shore of a lake after one swim. After a long and positive experience I bought this thing which already has BT and a proper memory. And that's the only thing that was missing to complete perfection. I use it for distance swimming, but also for other sporting and non-sporting activities and I am completely satisfied.

The app could imho be able to adjust the headphones better (e.g. moving backwards by x seconds or something like that), but the current state is probably enough for the developers
The biggest minus is that I feel that compared to the openrun model the max. the volume (what was handy for spoken word on the bike) definitely lower. I'm sorry to hear that.
Also, the Openrun model included two charging cables, which was handy given their non-universality (one at home, one at work). And no, unfortunately cables from other models cannot be used - the Swimrun model is a four-pin model.
