Bought because of the dry air in the nursery. It fulfils this purpose almost more than we need. Within an hour, the humidity in our room goes from 50 to 60%. We are a bit bothered by the strange smell, but hopefully it is just the newness and even according to the instructions it should stop.
It really moisturizes the air and quite a lot! So it serves our purpose. You just have to keep an eye on it and don't leave it on too long.

Odour may occur after unpacking with new humidifiers - it should completely disappear after a few uses. If not, we will be happy to inspect the equipment. Unfortunately, restoring the last settings after disconnection is not supported by the model. We will consider this feature for next season. Light and sound - we understand that even a dim light or beep can be distracting in a child's room. We will take this into account for further developments. On the difference between warm/cold mist - yes, this is really just a minor difference, feeling warmer. It is not supposed to be a significantly warm/hot steam.
