Drops at the exhaust - condensation can occur, we recommend to keep the exhaust tilted away from the furniture; if the drops are significant, we will be happy to check the device. Night mode - we understand that light can be distracting. We are taking the feedback into consideration and will address it for next season. Noise - should not be noticeable, but if the unit hums or resonates, it may be a bad piece. In that case, we will be happy to inspect and replace it. Reservoir lock - yes, unfortunately the lock is missing, it is not often required, but we will take it into account in further development for next season. Safety is essential to us.
