The headphones are great for travel, the sound quality is great and can be easily reconfigured in the ready-to-use app. One can easily get their manual on the net and therefore any primitive problems can be easily solved in a moment. But the headphones suck once connected to the computer. For some reason unknown to me, the headphones have two "modes", namely "good sound quality, but if you are across several walls from the device, the signal may drop out" and "the signal should last longer, but the sound is like a mono headphone from the 80s". If the computer is sending sound from more than one application, for some unknown reason one of the sounds goes into the audio quality channel and the other sound is heard by the user in a "I listen to what the microphone of whoever I'm talking to picks up" style. Truly a disaster and not much can be done about it. One more small complaint about the microphone, everyone on the call is constantly complaining that I'm talking to them either from the tunnel or the toilet. there's nothing more to say.
