Very poor construction and material processing.
Poor quality of the joints and materials from which they are made.
For the repair of this two-centimeter plastic, see. FOTO, an unnamed company (the manufacturer of the product) charged me half the price of new headphones. (2 500, - CZK)
If you have a medium or larger head, I do not strongly recommend the product. I've only had them for 5 months !
There is no option in the app to turn off the automatic self-destruct function after 5 months. I hope that the next software update will allow to disable this unpopular feature.
Putting headphones on your head is an improper use of the product according to Sony's Professional Inspection Engineers 🙉.
I would like to point out that Alza itself approached the case responsibly. The fault is STRONGLY on the part of the unnamed Sony service.
