The headphones are definitely worth the price. Perfect sound together with noise cancelling is the bomb. I also really liked the motion recognition where it changes the noise cancellation and transparent mode itself, so I don't have to take the headphones off when I walk down the street, they switch to transparent mode after the first few steps and if the music is not playing too loud I can hear passing cars and pedestrians in time. The only negative feature is the soft touch surface which is easily scratched, so it is better to leave the headphones in the case when not in use.
