Especially the durability is an advantage - I wear them even when climbing and they can withstand even a splinter on a rock. The app on your phone is very clear and if you are interested in keeping various training statistics, it takes care of it well and evaluates everything possible, which you will understand in time. But you can't expect different apps, gadgets, display resolution, etc. like the apple watch. Compared to garmins, on the other hand, I would say it easily outperforms the competition at the same price tag. Plus, they look much more unobtrusive on the wrist and don't have a massive alarm clock. The battery is immortal - even if I track sleep + train daily, it lasts over a week. If they don't watch their sleep, they last almost a month. The pedometer looks suspicious at first because it measures even abrupt hand movements. But it takes time to get used to and I think it's pretty accurate, especially when measuring sporting activities.
