At this point, the charger re-evaluates the connected devices and recalculates the power distribution between the ports. Therefore, it is possible that your phone may briefly restart charging after you disconnect your laptop or multiple devices. This is not a fault, but a standard process of power management and protection of connected devices. In your case, in addition to the normal power recalculation, the USB-A output may have taken longer to stabilize after the higher load was removed from the USB-C ports. Repeatedly disconnecting and reconnecting your phone can also be affected by the cable. With some cables, a dramatic change in load may cause a voltage drop or brief loss of contact, which the phone will evaluate as a charging interruption. Thank you
