At first I was impressed with the sound quality. After a while, I did the stupid thing of starting to try other sizes of plugs. Although I followed the instructions and very carefully, after the replacement the sound deteriorated significantly, very unpleasant hiss and high frequencies came out and even corrections via EQ or reset did not help. So if you buy them and they fit true to size, don't change the elastics. There's a risk that you'll turn them into a bunch of cheap plugs for a few crowns. I'm upset because I don't know what happened.

Compared to the AZ80, which I had for two years and was happy with, I find everything better. The only minus is unfortunately the number of sizes of earplugs, where there are fewer compared to the previous model. Unfortunately, this is why I appreciated Technics headphones, they have so many options and they have XL earbuds. Other brands are falling out of my ears. At AZ100 the L ends. I bought mainly for the ambient noise cancellation, but in that the headphones were rather disappointing for me - regardless of the setting the noise cancellation rather didn't work. The street noise from the open window was relatively subdued, but the higher frequencies as my colleagues entertained sounded almost at normal volume, and the clicking of the keyboard seemed even louder than normal. And the second problem, which I didn't expect, was that my ears started to hurt from the headphones within a few hours. The other (Shure) earbuds are fine, I guess it's because the Shure are foam while these are rubber. Otherwise functionality is fine, they sound great. The mode for letting the environment in is probably the best I've heard so far.
