For the money, an absolute no brainer. Here in the reviews I read that the charger even after a full charge overcharges and heats up the battery. This made me a little nervous, so I checked it out and the manufacturer under one of their youtube videos for the product when asked if the charger overcharges even after charging states that after charging the battery the device will reduce the charging current to just a maintenance charge. Of course it's not as good for the battery as not charging it at all, especially if the controller was in a plugged in charger 24/7, but it's certainly not as dramatic as some here are claiming.
