We were looking for a budget entry-level projector and this one pretty much lived up to expectations. It has its flaws, but it's something you can live with. I haven't tried HDMI transmission. The colors are a bit disappointing compared to the promo images, but it's possible that with better placement and projection on the screen it would have been better. We switched the language back to AJ after a while, because it was really impossible: D I was pleasantly surprised by the sound, but I am not an audiophile.
