Standard Shipping by Post

Standard parcel delivery to an address is handled either by DPD or Austrian Post. The most suitable shipping method for your order will be selected automatically. Both are reliable and widely used carriers that ensure secure and efficient parcel delivery. This service offers a convenient way to send packages to individuals or businesses, striking a good balance between cost and delivery speed—making it a popular choice for customers looking for a dependable and affordable shipping option.

Österreichische Post

Basic information

  • Delivery area: Nationwide delivery within Austria
  • Orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day. Further details are available in the table below.
  • Only valid for orders up to 31.5 kg with maximum dimensions of 100 × 60 × 60 cm.
  • Delivery dates and estimated delivery times will be communicated via email after order confirmation.

Your delivery

  • Once your order has been confirmed, you will be informed which shipping provider has been selected. On the day of dispatch, you will receive an email with a tracking number for shipment tracking.
  • To track your parcel, use this link if shipped with DPD, or this link if shipped via Austrian Post.
  • An estimated delivery time will be provided on the day of delivery. If the proposed delivery time is inconvenient, it is possible to arrange a new one with the carrier.
  • Parcels are not delivered on weekends or public holidays.
