Works with multiple capsule types and ground coffee - a great compromise!
I expected the espresso from ground coffee to be no good, but with quality coffee it has always been great

Tank just big enough
When everything works, the preparation from the capsules is very convenient
I like that you can use different types of capsules - you can try interesting things and also buy capsules according to price ( sometimes there are promotions etc )
The instructions are not accurate, the descaling step is in the instructions for another model (which can flash green) - I was unable to start the descaling process even though I followed the manual
After some time the coffee machine flashes red - although I tried to descaling at least "manually" - descaler + let the water flow, I do not know much what to do with it - I send to the complaint for this reason
Ground coffee does not come out of the strainer easily, so when I want to make several coffees in a row from ground coffee it is quite a pain
Some branded capsules that used to work fine started to crack after about three quarters of a year, so I don't know if the problem is with Nescafé or something has changed in the pressure of the coffee machine
Taller/wider cup does not fit
The cup size setting is not the same for all capsules, I would have liked more of a Nescafé water setting
