The previous ECOVACS Deebot vacuum cleaner only had a Velcro attachment and the difference is marked. Our Deebot broke 1,5 years after the warranty and nowhere in the Czech Republic could fix it ( a bit expensive scrap. ), There is probably no such problem with this brand. Times have certainly changed, but subjectively I think that "non-Chinese" brands which are the absolute minimum have better service in the Czech Republic than their competitors

Dirty water should be poured out as soon as possible after cleaning, otherwise the container will smell bad. The application is rather tragic. When you do manage to connect the robot to the app, it often loses the connection. Creating a room map works fine, but the app has three preset cleaning plans. It has the option to create a customized plan specifying the types of cleaning for each room. However, this plan cannot be saved, so if the presets don't suit you, you have to recreate it every time you clean. It's a few minutes, but a pain, because I would consider saving your own plan to be a basic functionality. I definitely recommend using vacuum then mop instead of the preset vacuum+mop cleaning types. Otherwise, dust collects on the mops and clogs up the docking station sink when they are rinsed, creating a puddle of water under the station.
