There is no point in buying the universal version, LBC for the processors described in the plus and HBC for Intels bent in a normal socket will always cool better than the universal version.
The cooler has a flatter base and is designed for AMD processors or Intel processors fixed with a mounting frame.

You get a nice screwdriver, paste, a disposable cleaning cloth, a fork and resistors to reduce the speed and a screen to not smear AMD processors with paste
Extreme price
On my piece, one lower aluminum rib is buzzing, this can be prevented by sticking something between the ribs or bending the lugs on the rib on the fence, but it rests on the neighboring rib. In the photo I marked the place where it buzzes.
Rather than hang a huge heavy cooler on the board, I would choose an AIO waterman.
The cooler is not flat enough, and it would still benefit from being flattened.
