Oh, my God! That's just great. My first top tablet from Samsung and it's great. The picture and sound is awesome, the performance is second to none. The display is amazing, the 12.4 diagonal is a nice compromise to the Galaxy Tab S8 series. Perhaps only the frames could be a bit narrower. Perhaps the question is whether it's worth waiting for the Galaxy Tab S9 series. In Antutu it will be more powerful by about 200tis. points, and the price will probably be higher than the S8+ at release. The Snapdragon Gen 1 can really handle everything, but it does heat up significantly under really heavy load (for me, when editing and rendering video in LumaFusion). 8GB of memory is enough for all your work (expandable with 8GB of virtual RAM), multitasking, graphics, games, etc. 128GB (realistically just over 100GB) of storage is probably enough given the microSD expansion option, but 256GB would definitely not go astray. The tablet plays 4K 60Hz split-screen video with other apps without any gasping (maybe with a little yes). I'm a bit embarrassed about the endurance, but I really give the tablet a hard time, which is of course noticeable on the consumption. With normal use, the endurance will be OK. But I'll find out when the initial excitement wears off. It hasn't fallen off yet. It's an absolutely great tablet, and with this equipment, even after the Tab S9 is released, it will still offer premium features and still be sure to receive Android 16! As a huge plus now, I take it that since launch, the software is debugged and I have confidence that it doesn't suffer from serial manufacturing defects like some current Galaxy phones or Google Pixels. For 20k CZK it may seem expensive, but the price corresponds to the quality and equipment and especially the feeling of use.

I threw away my old slow laptop and instead of a new one I got this tablet and I certainly don't regret it. Who does not need to actively work with Windows so the tablet is sufficient for normal tasks and media consumption. I definitely have no regrets despite the higher price.
