For those who don't even keep the temperature for tens of minutes - the inner glass container is damaged, it may not be visible at all and it may be caused during production, transport and by the customer during handling and you won't notice it until you find out that the kettle doesn't keep the temperature for a longer time. I'm max with the kettle. Satisfied, we've had it a few days. I'm considering buying another one or the bigger 1.5 liter one.
