Under what conditions is timely delivery guaranteed?
Your goods will be delivered before Christmas (i.e. by 12:00 on 24 December 2025) if the following conditions are met:
- You order goods that are in stock in the required quantity, version, and quality, and you place the order no later than the last day of the campaign using the selected delivery method that guarantees delivery before Christmas (indicated by the Christmas tree icon
when choosing the delivery method in the shopping cart);
- You complete your order between 1 and 22 December 2025, no later than 23:59 (the order must be finalised by this time; simply adding items to the cart is not sufficient).
- Alza confirms your order, issues an invoice, and you do not withdraw from this purchase contract.
- You pay the purchase price on time according to your chosen payment method.
- You can collect your order within the specified timeframe during opening hours at an Alza branch or AlzaBox pick up point, or the goods will be delivered to you.
- If Alza uses a third-party carrier for your selected delivery method, Alza will hand over the goods to that carrier on time (however, Alza assumes no responsibility for timely delivery by any of its partners).
- In cases of force majeure (e.g. exceptional, unforeseeable, unavoidable, and uncontrollable events, unexpected weather, unforeseen order surges, or IT system failures), Alza assumes no responsibility for delayed delivery.
- For products marked “Made to order,” delivery times may vary.
The buyer also acknowledges that this campaign may be cancelled or modified at any time due to exceptional events or other circumstances, especially regarding delivery methods.
