Asterix and Obelix XXL: Romastered takes place 50 years BC. n. l., when Gaul is completely occupied by the Romans.
There is peace in the villages of Asterix and Obelix. They hunt wild boars and lead everyday life.
A looted village
After a successful hunt for wild boar, Asterix and Obelix return to the village, which they find on fire. So they set out to save their fellow citizens.
From Normandy to Rome
The plot of Asterix and Obelix XXL: Romastered takes place in Normandy, Greece, Helvetia, Egypt and of course in Rome itself. Here, Asterix and Obelix will try to save the villagers from Emperor Caesar.
4 new game modes in Asterix and Obelix XXL: Romastered
Whenever you want, you can, of course, go back to the old graphics, which are full of nostalgia. However, you can also choose newer modes.
In Course mode, you will try to collect all the coins in the allotted time. Jump, spin, run and occasionally switch to retro mode, where you will find well-hidden coins.
Countdown mode will take you to the finish line in the shortest possible time. But beware, druids say that potions cook slowly.
Extreme mode
Choose the maximum difficulty in Asterix and Obelix XXL: Romastered. This mode is for the best Gallic warriors.
