I make an aeropress with this coffee and after a few attempts and tweaks it makes a really great coffee. A lot of people here write that the coffee is too sour, but I have not encountered any unpleasant taste. I recommend grinding the coffee a little more coarsely and pouring water between 85-95 degrees, definitely not more. With this method, I have so far been able to prepare an excellent coffee that was neither unpleasantly bitter nor unpleasantly sour and, on the contrary, very interesting and pleasant to drink: )

Overrall good coffee for filter (like v60). I enjoyed it a lot. It has specific strange note to it in flavour and taste, but I actually enjoyed it. I got +- freshly roasted package. The reason of 3 stars is the price. Without Alza+, price tag is ridiculous. Even with Alza+ it is kinda high and competes with private roasters that often offer fresher and a bit more interesting coffee

I don't know if I've ever given a one-star review, but I probably should now. I should point out up front that I am a fan of AlzaCafe's selections, my experience has been good so far. The oldest coffee I've gotten was probably about a month after roasting, but sometimes I've gotten coffee less than a week old. But before the Christmas holidays I ordered this coffee and a batch roasted in August arrived. That's really too much for a selection that tries to compete with those directly from roasters (even at a price). I returned it and ordered a new one - my June batch arrived (! ). I'm a fan of Alza in this field of activity, but it would obviously need to optimize its inventory management, because my trust has been a bit damaged after the above-mentioned experience.
