Initially, the lock worked well, and I have to commend both the integration with HomeKit and the many ways to control the lock. Whether it's a keyboard, a fingerprint, or even the Apple Home Key on your watch or phone. Unfortunately, after about 7 months the lock started to jam and now it works only sporadically, or it doesn't work. Calibration will only help for a few cycles. According to reviews from previous users and general feedback on the internet, users have the same problem with this lock everywhere. Even after the complaints have been settled. So I can really hardly recommend this product.

Yeah, when it came on the market, everyone praised to the skies how perfect it is, it has power even for bigger doors, how it's the only one you can use with Apple Home and thus pres Home Key, how there's a ton of stuff in the package and what's more, it's on sale on Alza, so DON'T BUY IT! The truth is that in a few months it stopped unlocking, rattled strangely and went on claim. After three weeks, the second piece arrived, but the NFC is bad again and every second unlock does not work (I attach my watch or mobile and nothing). It was also promised that the Auto Unlock feature would be completed, i.e. automatic unlocking on arrival. Super feature, most of the competition has it, I had it in another apartment on the Yale Linus mansion. What do you think? Nothing. The application is terrible, the translation is slow and for remote control (meaning only pulling the latch) you need an Aqara M3 hub for some 3k, so another ebony in the cabinet and the benefit is minimal. All in all, not worth buying, just a worry.

Moreover, the complaint was very hesitant and the manufacturer gave the impression that he had not even checked the device. I am returning the device because it cannot be used reliably and has realistically made it impossible for me to use the front door on a regular basis. For a lock at this price, I expect a higher level of quality and care in the event of a claim.
