It hasn't even been a year of use and I already regret buying it. A few months after purchase, the lid of the kettle started to jam (from time to time it could not be opened at all). Now the top (plastic) part of the lid is falling off because what should hold it has broken off. I wouldn't complain if I somehow broke it myself, but it's a kettle, it stands still and boils water a few times a day, that's it. I don't recommend it.
