Sufficient size
Fast preheating
Non-adhesive surface
Easy handling
Easy cleaning
Bad tilt for juice drainage (the spacer spring is on the edge and it happens that juice spills over to the other corner) - you can live with it

Interchangeable plates, smooth, fluted and for waffles
Possibility to roll out and grill on both surfaces
Temperature setting for each surface separately
Simple operation
The steak is a great little meat, a real treat; )
The only thing I miss is a temperature probe, but it can be solved by buying an external one (I bought a tefal accura and it's great)

Fast commissioning.
Very powerful.
Really functional SEAR buttons.
Removable grill plates.
Large barbecue area.
Relatively functional mobile phone app with a great range of programs.
The plates are removable, but there are electronics in them, so they need to be washed carefully.
The first two or three heats out of the box it smells very strongly as it burns off probably material from the factory.
Plastic control buttons.

The display does not show the actual temperature, but actually only duplicates the scale on the rotary controls
