I have to say it took me a week to get used to it, after reading the reviews I really wanted to give it a chance. For the first 4 days it was an ordeal and I had to alternate with a normal mouse at times, but after a week it was totally awesome and stopped hurting - tendon problems. The quiet sound of the buttons is super nice. For how heavy it is, it might have a faster response. What I would like to point out is that it is really for SMALL HANDS. I think I have an average lady's hand and could easily tolerate more palm support and even my fingers are almost at the end of the buttons. I should have chosen the classic black, the pink is beautiful, but after a month of use I can already see how it is turning grey.
